expertise in rehabilitation and recovery

In addition to her extensive private practice experience, Hazel has worked across a variety of hospital settings in Ireland, where she developed valuable expertise in complex rehabilitation, acute care, and post-surgical recovery. This combination of clinical depth and hands-on private care has shaped her holistic and highly personalised approach to physiotherapy.

Hazel is also highly experienced in online physiotherapy, delivering effective virtual consultations through insurance providers and direct care. She regularly treats patients remotely and has led online rehabilitation and Pilates classes, making expert physiotherapy accessible and effective wherever you are.

She holds advanced qualifications in Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She has completed specialist training in women’s health in both Ireland and the UK, is a certified Mummy MOT practitioner, and a registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP). She has led educational workshops on pelvic health in both Ireland and Australia.

philosophy

Her treatment philosophy is centred on addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction — not just treating symptoms. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic issue, preparing for childbirth, or working toward a performance goal, Hazel is passionate about helping you build long-term strength, prevent future injuries, and move with confidence.

With a background in dance during her younger years and having completed a marathon, Hazel understands both the discipline and joy of movement. She brings that insight and energy into her work, meeting each client where they are — and helping them rise to where they want to be.
